OmingoPay is a modern digital platform in Nepal designed to streamline online voting, event registrations, participant entry fees, and secure ticketing. Pixelpana engineered a scalable API-first architecture integrated with eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, and Fonepay to handle high-concurrency real-time voting spikes during live media events and award ceremonies.

Managing high-concurrency real-time voting traffic spikes during live televised pageants, awards, and reality shows in Nepal. Traditional systems often crash under peak load, fail to verify payment webhooks in real-time, or lack transparent audit logs for vote tallying.

Pixelpana developed a high-concurrency digital voting engine with instant payment validation, automated SMS/email vote confirmation, eSewa and Khalti webhook callbacks, anti-fraud vote throttling, and live real-time leaderboards.

1. High-Concurrency System Design: Built a Redis-backed queue system for instantaneous vote processing during live TV broadcasts.
2. Payment Gateway Integration: Connected eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, and Fonepay APIs with automated reconciliation.
3. Real-time Leaderboards: Implemented WebSocket live tally updates for audience and event organizers.
4. Admin & Organizer Dashboard: Created reporting tools for candidate registration, ticket sales, and payout settlements.
